Dogs are allowed in the restaurant, except in the conservatory area during breakfast hours.

The hotel has a lift that goes to all floors.

Only in front of the house, or on the balcony or terrace.

It’s just a 5-minute walk to the centre of Kitzbühel. In summer, it’s even quicker with our e-carts.

Can you ski straight from the hotel to the gondola lift?
Yes. The hotel is a ski-in, ski-out hotel and is situated right next to the slopes. Guests can ski from the hotel straight to the gondola lift and, at the end of the day’s skiing, back to the hotel’s doorstep. The hotel has been named ‘Austria’s Best Ski Boutique Hotel’ on several occasions.
What activities does Kitzbühel offer for non-skiers?
Kitzbühel offers plenty of off-piste activities in winter. Cleared winter walking trails lead, for example, around the Schwarzsee or up to the Hahnenkamm and the Kitzbüheler Horn. The mountain cable cars also carry pedestrians. Other popular activities include tobogganing on the Gaisberg or at the Bichlalm, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing in the valley. Those who prefer a more leisurely pace can enjoy a horse-drawn sleigh ride or try their hand at curling and ice skating. Tandem paragliding flights are a great way to take in the view from above.
Where can I find cross-country ski trails?
There are around 70 kilometres of cross-country ski trails around Kitzbühel, mainly on the flat terrain around Schwarzsee and towards Reith. There is also a floodlit night trail there. Kitzbühel Tourism provides up-to-date information on which trails are open, depending on snow conditions.
Where can you go tobogganing?
The best-known toboggan run is the one on the Gaisberg in Kirchberg. It is partially lit in the evenings, and you can hire toboggans on site. There are other runs in the surrounding area, for example at the Bichlalm. You can check which ones are currently open – depending on snow conditions – at Kitzbühel Tourism.
Where can I go ice skating?
You can go ice skating at Kitzbühel Sports Park. The ice rink is open to everyone, and skates can be hired on site.
Can you buy mountain railway tickets at the hotel?
Yes, tickets can be purchased at reception.

Are there guided walks in Kitzbühel?
Yes, in Kitzbühel, guests can go hiking accompanied by local mountain guides. Along the way, they learn more about the landscape, the history and life in the region, and discover trails they might not have found on their own.
