Thomas Kraus and his kitchen team are at their happiest when all your senses are open to enjoyment. From early in the morning until late in the evening he will impress you with his excellent creations, from breakfast until the extensive supper menu. In-between you can sample hearty and fine cuisine at lunch; every day a dish with that little something extra awaits you.

The Rasmushof menu mirrors the landscape and the seasons. Yet exotic influences also play their part, as enjoyment is a global sensation after all.

That also applies to the wine cellar. We've reserved a few excellent wines there for you.

The Rasmushof stages a brunch on the first Sunday of every month in summer. Lots of guests come from far and wide to help us turn these days into "holidays" that include lots of culinary delicacies, one or two glasses of good wine, and different genres of live music to suit the most varied of tastes.

Our weekly changing culinary themes also attract lots of enthusiastic fans. One week we'll invite you to a "Knödel week", another week to fine "lamb specialties", and another week to various "Gröstl variations". Whatever the theme, the weeks are always full of enjoyment to delight all your senses.
